Heavy Duty Differential is an independent
unit designed for either front and/or rear
drive applications, housed in tubular body
mounted frame.

Adjustable Plate Differential as standard
altering the Plate and Ramp configuration
carries out the adjustment.

Under acceleration or deceleration levels,
the Differential will, as the toque
transmitted increases, force the Ramps apart
and lock up the friction discs and plates.
The characteristics of the differential can
be tuned by changing either the ramp angles
on the side gear rings, or adjusting the
amount of pre-load via the Belleville Spring
and / or spring shim.
